“CNN GREECE INTERN”: An intern’s journey into the business world

CNN Greece presents its new digital project “CNN GREECE INTERN”, an original series that follows, step by step, the experience of an intern in a company. The journey begins at TP Greece, one of the largest digital services companies in Greece.

Ioanna Katsimba, journalist at CNN.gr, personally experienced the employee journey, from the application and training to the first day and integration into the workplace, and shares all the details with the audience.

The project highlights how a contemporary digital services company supports education, collaboration and the professional development of new employees. Through the episodes, viewers get to follow an intern’s daily life and learn about the onboarding process, training, first workplace interactions and the career development opportunities offered by TP Greece.

The first episode focuses on the recruitment process and new employee training. The CNN Greece journalist documents her experience from the application and pre-screening tests to her first day at the office, presenting in detail the importance of training, tools and processes that prepare an intern for the production floor.

The second episode takes viewers inside the company offices, where practical application of the knowledge begins. The journalist-intern describes her first contact with a dynamic work environment, the guidance from her supervisor and team, the daily tasks and opportunities for professional growth.
