Energy Unlocked: Queen.gr unlocked our energy at Life Gallery Athens Hotel!

A day dedicated to wellness, creativity and meaningful connection to ourselves was hosted by Queen.gr on Wednesday, September 30, at Life Gallery Athens Hotel in Ekali, as part of the “Energy Unlocked Retreat”. Content creators and 10 lucky readers enjoyed a holistic wellness experience, taking a few hours away from the demands of everyday life to immerse themselves in a special day full of inspiration and creativity.

Embracing the idea that wellness is a holistic experience, the “Energy Unlocked Retreat” brought together movement, nutrition, creativity, storytelling, beauty and relaxation, offering guests a morning dedicated to themselves and to the things that can help us restore our balance and energy.

The programme unfolded through a series of diverse sessions. Sofia Taschounidou and the Cloud Nine Club team got participants into a creative mood through painting, while clinical dietitian Dimitra Glynou explored nutrition and its connection to well-being. Pilates instructor Lydia Sideraki brought movement into focus with a stretching session, while Anna Fraseri from Moustakis Flower Company explored self-expression through the art of flower arranging. The experience continued with Angeliki Kosmopoulou, storytelling strategy consultant and founder of Storymentor, who highlighted the power of storytelling, and Areti Kafantari, Face Yoga Expert, who, together with NUXE Greece, introduced guests to a different approach to self-care.

With the “Energy Unlocked Retreat,” Queen.gr created an experience that hit the pause button on the relentless pace of everyday life, even if it was just for one day, reminding us that sometimes we don’t need to seek more energy, but simply reconnect with the energy we already have.
