Newsbomb.gr’s conference on “Road Safety: Challenges, Infrastructure and Solutions” was held on Friday, October 9, at the Basil & Elise Goulandris Foundation Museum, with the participation of representatives of the government, the local authorities, the scientific community and the business sector.

The event was hosted by journalist Christina Vrachali, while the opening address was delivered by Makis Pollatos, Director of Newsbomb.gr.

The event was honoured by the presence of Christos Dimas, Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Nikos Tahiaos, Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Giorgos Kotsiras, Alternate Minister of Infrastructure and Transport and Konstantinos Markouizos (Iaveris Jr.), Deputy Regional Governor of Attica for Road Safety. The conference was held with the kind support of the Region of Attica and companies WOLT, AVAX Group and New Attiki Odos, while it was broadcast via live streaming, highlighting the need for collective action, meaningful interventions and responsible behavior on the road.
